Does Microsoft Copilot come at a cost?

Some of Copilot is included with Microsoft 365 business subscriptions. You can access free tools like the chat function which is powered by AI, simple automation features, writing, and improved research capacity. However, the free version of Copilot Chat is not able to automatically access your internal data and information.

With a paid subscription for Copilot, you can access your organization’s data, emails, documents and more to produce effective results and automate complex tasks like drafting presentations or analyzing data. Copilot is highly integrated with Microsoft applications like Outlook, Word, and more.

It is wise to start small and use the free Copilot Chat so you can see how AI could help accelerate your team and your operational efficiency.
